This rainy morning, we met with the Hermosa Multispecialty Diagnostic Center (HMDC), led by Ms. Nora Tapang and Mr. Rick Ongkiko. They shared that HMDC is now PhilHealth YAKAP-accredited and open to serve all our kababayans.
