The Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC) held a meeting to strengthen coordination and discuss programs for the protection and welfare of women and children.
In attendance were Councilor Gelly Santos, Dr. Warren Valencia, MSWDO Chasmalin Francisco, and PLT Ernesto Villaviray of DCOP-PNP.
